• I am Tricare certified (out of network), and can usually be seen with a referral

• I can assist with out of network benefits and accept cash, check, or credit card

• Please note I am not in network with any Medicaid plans at this time.

  Individual clients are responsible for verifying their insurance coverage prior to their appointments.
